Orthodontist Dr. Mo (Dr. Mohammad Mainayar) and the team at Advanced Orthodontics work together to create a positive experience for our patients and their families in Burien, SeaTac, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Renton.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques available today including the latest in traditional metal self-ligating braces, clear braces, and Suresmile Braces which reduces treatment time by up to 40%.
For teens and adults self-conscious about wearing braces, we offer Invisalign and Invisalign Teen the "braceless" alternative to straight teeth.

I recently visited their practice to replace my retainers after 20 years, and I was absolutely blown away by how much orthodontics has advanced. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was not your typical orthodontist’s office. The technology they use is cutting-edge, and the process was far quicker and more efficient than I could have ever imagined.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Grecia, who was so friendly and professional. She immediately made me feel comfortable, explaining everything in detail and making sure all my questions were answered.
