Orthodontist Dr. Mo (Dr. Mohammad Mainayar) and the team at Advanced Orthodontics work together to create a positive experience for our patients and their families in Burien, SeaTac, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Renton.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques available today including the latest in traditional metal self-ligating braces, clear braces, and Suresmile Braces which reduces treatment time by up to 40%.
For teens and adults self-conscious about wearing braces, we offer Invisalign and Invisalign Teen the "braceless" alternative to straight teeth.

Update… 5/9/25 The same daughter below has gone through her first round of braces and now is in the waiting period to get started with her second round.

I went through the Invisalign process a couple years back, during COVID. I just recently went back wanting to see if I could get a new retainer to fix this one tooth that was slightly turned. I admitted I wasn’t 100% wearing my nighttime retainer but Dr. Mo said it could easily be fixed. Not only did he fix it in 10weeks, I think my teeth look even better and love how my teeth look! Dr. Mo who is one of my favorites. He is knowledgeable, precise and talks you through it all. He has top of the line equipment and is always attending conferences as continuing education.

The staff is wonderful as well and always greats you with a smile. Everyone front the front desk staff to the techs have been fantastic.

Now to get our youngest started on her journey.

2018- The whole staff was so awesome with my 6 yo. Aliza took pictures with our little baby shark and they did a pano X-ray to see what was going on and they took all the nerves out of the process for our daughter. They explained things and put us on a plan that is doable. We look forward to working with Dr. Stout and the whole team for years to come!
