Orthodontist Dr. Mo (Dr. Mohammad Mainayar) and the team at Advanced Orthodontics work together to create a positive experience for our patients and their families in Burien, SeaTac, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Renton.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques available today including the latest in traditional metal self-ligating braces, clear braces, and Suresmile Braces which reduces treatment time by up to 40%.
For teens and adults self-conscious about wearing braces, we offer Invisalign and Invisalign Teen the "braceless" alternative to straight teeth.

Nice clean new office. Modern equipment (Not traditional Pano and Ceph combo), self-ligating brackets that's easy on oral hygiene, more comfortable, cleaner looking, shorter appointments and possible shorter treatment time.
Dr. Mo is young and bright and knowledgable. His treatment time estimate is more precise than many other orthodontist who gives a low monthly payment estimates but keep you on braces longer.

This dental orthodontist is amazing. I’m very happy I chose Invisalign. They have an affordable program, and are located in the heart of Burien! They’re easy to locate, and have a beautiful office! Dr. Mo is upfront and realistic in helping you as a patient achieve your goals. They also have really cool glasses (but don’t have em for sale WHICH THEY SHOULD!). I highly recommend them!!!

Dr Mo is thorough, personable and a talented orthodontist! I have had had an easy and uneventful journey with clear aligners and my smile is looking great! My daughter and I don’t have straight forward bites and require some extra thought and planning and Dr Mo has been on top of it every step of the way.
