Orthodontist Dr. Mo (Dr. Mohammad Mainayar) and the team at Advanced Orthodontics work together to create a positive experience for our patients and their families in Burien, SeaTac, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Renton.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques available today including the latest in traditional metal self-ligating braces, clear braces, and Suresmile Braces which reduces treatment time by up to 40%.
For teens and adults self-conscious about wearing braces, we offer Invisalign and Invisalign Teen the "braceless" alternative to straight teeth.

Just had our 1st visit with the team at Advanced Orthodontics, and it was a pleasure. Our 10 year old daughter was referred to them by her dentist. If the initial visit was any inclination of future services, they will get a 5+ rating.

The staff was very friendly, and put our daughter at ease. The initial exam was very thorough, and they were very good about communicating all along the way. They gave us pricing options, and it was decided that our daughter should probably wait, so we will be coming back at the end of the year.

Dr Mo came in after the pictures were taken, and was very informative about current status, overview, options, and what the gameplan should be..

Post visit, we have a good plan to address our daughters teeth, and we will for sure continue with the plan that Advanced Orthodontics came up with.

Office is very professional, but still understands the clientele very well, and our daughter came out of the visit "excited" about either braces or Invisilign.

Hint: She will be "choosing" braces, as we do not want to be replacing retainers regularly :)

This dental orthodontist is amazing. I’m very happy I chose Invisalign. They have an affordable program, and are located in the heart of Burien! They’re easy to locate, and have a beautiful office! Dr. Mo is upfront and realistic in helping you as a patient achieve your goals. They also have really cool glasses (but don’t have em for sale WHICH THEY SHOULD!). I highly recommend them!!!
