Orthodontist Dr. Mo (Dr. Mohammad Mainayar) and the team at Advanced Orthodontics work together to create a positive experience for our patients and their families in Burien, SeaTac, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Renton.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques available today including the latest in traditional metal self-ligating braces, clear braces, and Suresmile Braces which reduces treatment time by up to 40%.
For teens and adults self-conscious about wearing braces, we offer Invisalign and Invisalign Teen the "braceless" alternative to straight teeth.

I’ve been undergoing Invisalign treatment for over a year with Dr. Mohammad at Advanced Orthodontics in Burien, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Mo is not only a highly skilled orthodontist but also an excellent communicator who takes the time to explain each step of the process.

My teeth had been overcrowded since childhood, and over time, they became even more misaligned. After discussing my concerns with my dentist, Dr. ParkHill (another outstanding professional), she referred me to Dr. Mo—and I’m so glad she did.

Needing braces sucks. Needing to get braces in your 30’s sucks even more.
